More space to do great work.
The people putting Crittiks to work, in their own words.

More room for the work that matters.
CleanKings
A national cleaning business that stopped needing its founder in every project
CleanKings runs commercial cleaning and facility contracts across multiple sites in Victoria and beyond. Like most operators in the space, the business grew faster than its systems — quotes went out from one place, jobs were scheduled in another, and invoices were chased by hand, usually by the founder himself.
The situation. As CleanKings scaled past a handful of contracts, the founder found himself in the middle of every job — approving quotes, checking job status, and following up on unpaid invoices personally, because no single system showed the whole picture.
What changed. Sales, Projects, and Finance now run in one workspace. A quote goes out and gets accepted electronically — no phone call required. The moment it’s accepted, the job becomes a recurring task in Projects, visible to the whole ops team. Finance sends the invoice automatically and follows up if it’s late, without anyone needing to remember to chase it.
The result. The operations team runs the day-to-day business without the founder sitting in the middle of every project — freeing him to focus on the parts of the business that actually need his attention.
“Our ops team runs the business day to day without me in the middle of every project.” — Don Hett, Founder
SynergX
A digital agency that moved its whole client roster in an afternoon
SynergX is a full-service digital agency managing a growing roster of client projects, contracts, and day-to-day communication.
The situation. Client relationships were split across three systems: a CRM for the sales relationship, a project tool for delivery, and a separate signing tool for contracts. Every client existed as three disconnected records that never fully agreed with each other.
What changed. The team migrated their entire client roster — contacts, deals, and active projects — into Crittiks in a single afternoon, using the built-in migration tool’s preview-before-you-commit process. Contracts now get sent for signature directly from the deal they belong to.
The result. One login instead of three. Every client’s sales history, project status, and signed agreements live on the same record, visible to anyone on the team who needs it.
“We migrated our whole client roster in an afternoon. One login instead of three, and every client’s history actually connects now.” — Nadia de Mel, Founder
Veloz Marketing
A social and content agency that stopped losing track of sign-offs
Veloz Marketing runs social media and content programs for a roster of clients, where creative sign-off is a constant, ongoing part of the relationship — not a one-time event.
The situation. Client approvals for creative work happened over email, disconnected from the delivery system tracking the actual work. It was easy to lose track of which piece of content had actually been signed off, and by whom.
What changed. Client contracts and creative approvals now move through the same workspace as delivery. When a client signs off, it’s recorded automatically against the project it belongs to — not buried in an email thread.
The result. No more digging through inboxes to confirm whether a client actually approved something before it went live.
“We stopped losing track of which client had actually signed off.” — Aakil Mohomad, Founder
Ark Creatives
A branding studio whose retainers now track themselves
Ark Creatives runs ongoing retainer relationships with branding and design clients — where tracking how much of a retainer has been used, and against what work, is a constant background task.
The situation. Retainer burn was tracked in a spreadsheet, manually updated, and disconnected from the actual project work being delivered. Reconciling the two at the end of each month was a recurring, tedious task.
What changed. Retainer burn now tracks in real time against the same projects the team is actively delivering — no separate spreadsheet, no manual reconciliation.
The result. What used to be a month-end scramble is now just… already done.
“Real-time retainer visibility, no more month-end reconciliation.” — Viraj Daniel, Founder
Earthy Tabs
A sustainable products company managing distributors across countries
Earthy Tabs makes dissolvable cleaning tablets and works with distributors across multiple countries to bring the product to new markets.
The situation. Distributor relationships — conversations, agreements, follow-ups — were scattered across individual email inboxes with no shared view across the team.
What changed. Every distributor relationship now runs through one Sales pipeline, visible to the whole team rather than living in one person’s inbox.
The result. A single, shared view of every distributor relationship, at every stage, instead of information locked in individual inboxes.
“We finally see every distributor relationship in one place.” — Don Hett, Founder
Klense Supply
A new manufacturer that looks like a much bigger business
Klense Supply is a newly launched B2B herbal infusion tea brand, working to establish credibility with wholesale buyers from day one.
The situation. As a new manufacturer, Klense Supply needed to run wholesale sales conversations and supplier agreements professionally — without the overhead or cost of enterprise-grade tooling built for much larger companies.
What changed. Sales and Admin run wholesale account management and supplier agreements from day one, on the same flat-tier pricing available to any small business.
The result. A brand-new manufacturer running its wholesale operation with the same operational polish as a far larger, more established company.
“We run wholesale accounts like a much bigger business would.” — Don Hett, Founder
