Sell and support Crittiks in your territory
The Distribution Program is for established resellers and regional business-software distributors who already have a sales channel into small businesses — and want to bring Crittiks into it, with real revenue share and real support responsibility.
How it works
A distribution partner takes on first-line sales and support for Crittiks customers in a defined region or vertical, in exchange for a meaningful share of the revenue they generate.
What “first-line” means in practice: - Selling Crittiks to businesses in your territory or vertical - Onboarding new customers you’ve brought in - Handling first-response support for your referred customers, escalating to Crittiks’ own support team where needed
Revenue share structure
| Tier | Revenue share | Requirement |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | 30% | Entry-level distribution arrangement |
| Volume | 40% | Higher-volume partners taking on more support responsibility |
The exact tier and terms are set individually per partner, based on territory, expected volume, and the level of support the partner takes on.

Frequently Asked Questions
How is this different from the Affiliate Program? Affiliates earn commission for referrals with no ongoing support responsibility. Distribution partners take on actual sales and first-line support obligations, in exchange for a substantially higher revenue share.
Is distribution exclusive to a territory? Territory exclusivity is negotiated individually per partner — not a default term.
What support training is provided? Distribution partners receive product and sales training before taking on customers, with ongoing access to the Crittiks team for escalations.
Can a distribution partner also be a strategic partner? Yes — distribution is one specific shape a strategic partnership can take. See the Strategic Partner Program for the broader relationship types available.
