Trial
A valid payment card is required to activate the 14-day free trial of Platinum. No charge is made during the 14-day trial period. You will see the exact plan and first charge date before your card is ever charged.
After billing starts
Once you have selected a paid plan and been charged, fees already paid are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by the Australian Consumer Law (see our Terms of Service, Section 12) or other applicable law that cannot be excluded.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period — you will retain access until then, and will not be charged again after cancelling.
Price changes
If we change our prices, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice, and the change will take effect from your next renewal after that notice period.
