Coming soon

Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive and Dropbox connections are coming soon. They are not yet available to connect, and the storage panel in Crittiks marks them as coming soon.

Connecting a Google or Microsoft calendar or mailbox does not connect your Drive or OneDrive storage. These are separate services.

Work with documents today

  1. Keep your existing cloud files in their current folders and preserve the original copies.
  2. For a document you need to send for signature, use the document upload in Create Agreement or select a file already held in the Documents Hub.
  3. Share cloud files using your storage provider’s existing sharing controls. Check the recipient’s permission to open the file.
  4. Contact support if your workflow depends on a full storage connection, so the team can advise on availability.

What to check when connections become available

Look for an actual provider authorization flow and a confirmed account status before relying on a connection. A calendar or email connection is not evidence that files are synchronising.
