Your subscription invoice
Crittiks subscription billing is separate from the invoices you send your own customers. Open Settings › Billing to review the workspace’s subscription, billing interval and usage.
Every paid tier includes all six suites. The plan determines capacity: seats, connected mailboxes and AI credits. Compare the plan’s included allowance with any extra capacity on your bill.
Review a charge
- Check whether the subscription is monthly or annual and confirm the period covered by the invoice.
- Compare the base plan with your selected tier. Pro starts with 8 seats and Platinum with 15.
- Check extra seats at $8 per month each, extra mailboxes at $5 per month each and AI credit packs at $10 per 1,000 credits. Review the current limits on the Pricing page.
- Use the billing management or Stripe customer portal action to view billing details or manage the subscription. Review any displayed price and effective date before confirming a change.
- For an unfamiliar charge, send support the invoice reference and the line item you need explained.
Changing plans
Pro has a limit on add-on capacity. If you are close to that limit, compare Platinum instead of assuming every extra seat can stay on Pro. Enterprise pricing is based on the Platinum base plus the capacity you need.
